Some time Baby Sleep Habits

A wise mother will be pleased when looking at the little one is asleep, especially if you sleep soundly. However, not every baby can sleep soundly. Some babies have a habit or disorder in his sleep. for new parents some time baby sleep habits, such as to moan, groan or kicking can certainly be confusing. However, this behavior is generally not dangerous.




1. Pause to breathe
If observed, the baby can breathe more rapidly for a while then slows and can stop up to 15 seconds before breathing normally again.

Doctors usually refer to the 'Periodic breathing' and it is common in infants until about 6 months old. A premature baby will more often experience. If the hands, feet, forehead and the skin around the mouth turn blue, there is the possibility of a baby having difficulty oxygen. 


2. Snoring and snorting
If snoring or snorting sound that issued the baby has a regular rhythm, so no need to worry about. This condition is usually because your child has nasal congestion.

But if his snoring is a pause followed by a breathless sort of possibilities there is a blockage in his breathing channel such as the tonsils or adenoids. And babies can also snore because of allergies. 


3. Sweaty
Some babies sweat more when he slept, because he spent more time in the deepest stages of sleep. This condition makes babies more likely to sweat at night than adults or children who are older.

Although sweating is a common condition, but if too much can indicate that something is wrong. For example, infection, sleep apnea or overheating that could trigger sudden infant death syndrome (sudden infant death syndrome / SIDS), especially if your child use their clothes or blankets in layers.



4. Frequent moves
Usually habits often shake or move the body during sleep begins around age 6 months is sometimes accompanied by head banging. This movement is one of the behaviors to calm himself. In general, this condition does not need to worry about as long as your baby does not harm the state. 


5. Sleeping while bluffing teeth
Most babies have a habit of bluffing teeth during sleep, this condition most often occurs when a baby get his first tooth or get a new permanent teeth.

The possibility of the baby did this because there is a new sensation from the tooth, the pain from teething or from an ear infection and could also be due to respiratory problems
